Reclaim Your AttentionKeynote, 45–60 minutes

Why focus is a skill you can train, and how to start tomorrow.

Consulting

Attention and resilience consulting

For organizations that want to go beyond a single session.

Attention and resilience consultingTypically 4–8 weeks
Length
Scoped to your needs, typically 4–8 weeks
Format
Remote, with optional on-site visits
Best for
L&D and People teams building a longer-term approach to focus and resilience

For organizations that want to go beyond a single session. We help you understand what's pulling at your people's attention, and design learning that fits how your teams actually work.

This can include

  • Listening sessions and a short survey to understand your teams' attention challenges
  • A review of meeting, messaging and workspace habits, including sound and environment
  • Recommendations your leaders can act on
  • A learning roadmap: which workshops, programs and follow-up fit your goals

The benefits of understanding attention

Attention is where all work happens. When people understand how theirs works, they can:

  • Focus on what matters most, with less time lost switching between tasks
  • Recover faster after interruptions, pressure and overload
  • Notice stress signals earlier, and respond instead of react
  • Listen better and run more focused meetings
  • Shape their environment, including sound, to support their focus
  • Make clearer decisions when priorities compete

Questions

Is this therapy or mental health treatment?

No. The Attention Reset is skills education. It doesn't diagnose or treat any condition and isn't a substitute for mental health support. If workload or organizational factors are driving the problem, we'll say so.

In person or virtual?

Both.

How many people can take part?

Workshops work best for groups of up to 40. Larger groups can be split into sessions or paired with the keynote.

Can you deliver it in Spanish?

Yes, in English or Spanish.

How do you measure results?

A short survey before and after the workshop, and a 30-day check-in on which strategies people are using. Responses are anonymous and summarized in a one-page report.

Can you tailor it to our team?

Yes. The discovery call shapes the examples and scenarios. The core curriculum stays the same, which keeps it proven and affordable.

Not sure which fits your team?

Tell us what's coming up and we'll recommend the right format on a 20-minute discovery call.
